My Story

From an early age, I knew that I wanted to take a different approach on life. I never was a fan of working a traditional job that I hated for 8 hours every day. But, I knew I still needed a paycheck at the end of the day – so – I went to college.

During my college years, of which I am finally beginning to finish up, I was a former NCAA basketball player, and currently am an owner of a number of businesses as well as a freelance writer. On top of all of this, I am still a student.

I was blessed to be tall and athletic for basketball, but work and creating my own businesses didn’t come as easily. Working for free for months on end with bills to pay, I pushed through and finally began getting paid work for clients and firms. As my income grew, I took on to creating my own businesses.

With my experience in creating unique forms of income, getting in shape, and developing the mindset needed to persevere and grow to make it to these spots, I hope my content helps you to become the best version of yourself. While there are many aspects to living a well-rounded life, the ideas of Fitness, Wealth, and Mindset are some of the most important – in my opinion – to becoming a Good Strong Man.

My Approach

Learning how to make money on my own wasn’t something that came easy. Sure, I could have gotten a job like the rest of the world, but I wanted something different. Unfortunately, I struggled to find any useful content when it came to developing a different mindset and taking a different approach. It was almost as if people did not want to give away their “secrets.”

As such, I want to help people who are in the same shoes I was once in. Through creating blog posts and podcast episodes in the areas of Fitness, Wealth, and Mindset, I want to show you what is possible when it comes to becoming the best version of yourself. Not everyone was meant to take the traditional path in life, and this content will be sure to help you in your journey.

Like I mentioned, blogs and content will be posted on a weekly basis. Though some content will be merely a general overview of topics within those categories, I will also be digging deeper into interesting and useful topics to help you in your fitness, income, or mindset journey (or all three) to help you get ahead of your peers and be your best self.

It all takes work and time, but this content is a sure way to help you get started with some of the best practices and methods that worked for me. Together, we can all be Good Strong Men.
